Noordzee Helikopters Vlaanderen (NHV) was established on 1997 at Kortrijk, Belgium and is specialised in all kinds of helicopter services. , Group headquarters are in Ostend.
NHV is an approved training organization (ATO) and an official service center for Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopters). NHV provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions supporting its own fleet and third party maintenance services to a variety of civil and military clients.
As of 2016 has a strong geographic presence in Europe ( Denmark, UK and Poland ) and Western Africa conducting operations out of 26 bases with a team of over 600 employees.
As of 2020 NHV operates a fleet of 64 aircraft consisting of H145, H175, AW139 and AW169.
As of December 2025, the fleet consisted of 28 helicopters, and its acquisition by GDHF was announced.
