Established 2010, Milestone Aviation Group is a global helicopter leasing company headquartered in Dublin. As of January 2014, Milestone has acquired 143 aircraft valued at over US$ 2.2 billion and closed leases with 26 operators in over 20 countries on six continents.
On October 2014, Milestone Aviation Group was acquire by GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) for $1.775 billion.
As of March 2017, Milestone Aviation helicopter fleet value surpasses $4 billion
In 2021 Milestone Aviation parent company GECAS acquired by AerCap
