Aerospace Bristol

Aerospace Bristol is located along the north side of Filton Airport, in purpose built accomodation with a main hangar and Concorde hangar, adjacent to the ex-Great Western Air Ambulance base.

It is modern and informative, setting out the role of the Bristol Aeroplane Company, its subsidiaries and successors and the workforce of the area, in aviation and aerospace. Bucking the trend for reverential dimness, the exhibits are thoughtfully lit and have light where it is needed.
