2016–2017

On October 2016, the CHC Group entered into a plan support agreement (or PSA) with respect to the terms of a chapter 11 plan of reorganization which included the sell/end-of-loan of all EC225/H225 helicopters. After six months, CHC successfully concluded its financial restructuring.
