The Phoeinx Police Air Patrol Unit was established in 1973 with 2 Hughes 300, and a single Cessna 172. By 1979 the unit was operating a total of 5 Hughes 500D. In 1991 the fleet incorporated 7 MD520N. Nowadays they operate AS.350B3, A119, and a single A109. Fixed wing aircraft includes 1 Cessna 182, 2 Cessna 182S and Pilatus PC-12.
