Established 1993, is a critical care transport system based at Kalamazoo, Michigan. Operates own helicopters and were among the first programs in the nation to receive CAMTS (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Services) certification.
On 2016 signed with Metro Aviation to manage its air operations.
