    1983-jan-19Port VisitDEHamburg Port visit to Hamburg for 6 days, until 24 Jan.

    1988-sep-3DeploymentStrait of Hormuz (SN) Collision Armilla Patrol Armilla Patrol with Task Group 321.1 during Iran/Iraq war, escorting British shipping. In collision with mv Tor Bay in Straits of Hormuz, damaging both vessels. (Relieved on patrol by HMS Boxer).
    1989RefitA and P Tyneside Repaired returned to UK aboard a heavy lift ship to Swan Hunter repair yard on Tyneside (now A & P). Completed by May 1992.
