Built during 2017, the Wiltshire Air Ambulance charity moved its operational and administrative headquarters in during May 2018, from Devizes. In Aug 2018, following a suspected 2nd nerve agent attack on the UK, this time in Amesbury, the base had to be closed whist a team from DSTL checked the site for possible contamination of items returned from the scene.
