At Heli-One, our global team is diligently following the guidance instated by our regional health authorities. Our team's health and safety (along with their families and communities) are our top priority and new procedures and policies have been implemented.
Our Sales & Customer Support Teams are working remotely but are in close contact with facility and shop leads to ensure MRO business continuity. We are open for business and any of our Sales team can help you with your maintenance inquiries.
- We are Mobilized: Our teams are working at their home bases and are keeping a safe working distance from each other in the hangar, workshops, and common spaces. The facilities are being cleaned diligently and supports are in place to ensure team members have ready access to sanitation resources. We are supporting team members who need to quarantine or isolate to protect our community health.
- We are Ready: Our Supply Chain team are in daily contact with our key suppliers, especially the OEMs to understand the impact of second and third tier suppliers. We are keenly aware that assuring the robustness of our supply chain is critical to you maintaining the security of yours.
- We are Operational: We understand business continuity is important for our customers and risk-based plans have been developed at each of our sites by our S&Q teams to promote commonality and best practices.
