Mecaer Aviation Group, March 07, 2017 - Irving, TX - Italy based Mecaer Aviation Group (MAG) has rapidly grown to become a leading international provider of flight control and landing gear solutions. MAG is active across both the rotor and fixed wing markets.
At this year’s HAI convention, attendees can stop by the MAG booth (11537) where the company has several of its helicopter landing gear assemblies on display. This includes gears for the Airbus Helicopters H160 and the Bell Helicopter B429 and B525 models.
MAG’s responsibilities encompass engineering, system integration and production of complete systems consisting of shock absorbing nose and main gears, steering system, electro mechanical actuation, landing gear control valve, braking system, wheels, brakes, tires and landing gear cockpit controls.
MAG will also be highlighting its participation, as supplier for the recently launched Bell B505 JRX program. MAG will be displaying the B505 Main Rotor Servo Actuator and its custom designed kitting solution for the individual parts it supplies for the helicopter flight controls and hydraulic system. Additionally, MAG has signed an agreement with Bell Helicopter to include the B505 JRX in the highly successful MAGnificent VIP cabin interior line, a product line that already included Bell’s B429 and B525 models.
