Work began in Jan 2019 to provide a new base replacing that at Durham Tees Valley and concentrating it alongside the GNAAS admin and fund raising teams. The new site at Urlay Nook near Eaglescliffe, will also provide better training facilities as well as making savings on other expenditure.
The Pride of Cumbria is an English charity air ambulance service operating three helicopters from bases at Langwathby, near Penrith, Cumbria and Durham Tees Valley Airport. Operated by Multiflight Ltd
As 2022 we have G-NHAE in operation with G-NHAC as the spare
In November 2025, GNAAS announced a fundraiser to buy 3 new H145s to replace the AS365s due to one aircraft being grounded from gear box issues, along with difficulty finding parts.
