Established 2000, Med-Force is a non-profit Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) based in the Quad-Cities responding to calls within a 120 mile radius serving Southeastern Iowa, Western Illinois and parts of Northeast Missouri. Operated by PHI Air Medical until 2020 and since then by Metro Aviation
