Nov 1971	Deployment	assisted in humanitarian operations in St Vincent, following eruption of Mount Soufriere, supported by HMS Phoebe and departed by 8 Dec.
Apr 1974	Aircraft	assigned 829 NAS Wasp HAS.1 XV632 as Berwick Flt/440-BK until Nov 1977
Jul 22, 1975	Deployment	departed UK as escort for HMS Glamorgan, flagship of global Task Group 317.3, accompanied by HMS Ajax, HMS Plymouth, HMS Rothesay. Support provided by RFA Gold Rover, RFA Tarbatness and RFA Tidespring. Returned 14 Apr 1976
