1976-aug-04	Deployment	Deployment Labrador Sea 131 nm SE of Newfoundland. First ship to arrive at the location of a crashed Soviet Navy Bear Delta, 243 kms SE of Newfoundland. This event was called the BRUIN WATCH.

1993-oct-05	Deployment	Deployment Operation Sharp Guard relieved HMCS Algonquin on 5 Oct and participated in operations to enforce UN trade and arms embargo in the Adriatic Sea.
1999-aug-06	Port Visit	Port Visit Copenhagen Holmen STANAVFORLANT visited Copenhagen with CH-124A 12429 embarked
1999-nov	Port Visit	Port Visit visit to West India Dock, London
2003-feb-27	Aircraft	Aircraft Accident CH-124B 12401 crashed on deck and rolled after following an engine failure, on take off. Ship returned to Halifax to have airframe removed.
2013-apr-27	Port Visit	Port Visit West India Dock (TQ) Visit arrived at West India Dock for 6 day visit, departed on 2 May.
