Dublin Division hosts the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) for the Irish Search & Rescue Region. Responsible for the provision of SAR services from Carlingford Lough to Ballycotton.
The Dublin SAR helicopter is Rescue 116 and the Waterford unit is Rescue 117 while on SAROPS.
