    1970-nov-2DeploymentMTGrand Harbour / il-Port il-Kbir / Valletta Exercise Lime Jug Exercise Lime Jug departed Valletta on 29 Oct for Lime Jug, in company with HMS Ark Royal. ENDEX on 15 Nov.
    1975-jun-4AircraftAccident Wasp XT424 / 465 ditched 4 Jun 1975 off ship while en route Gibraltar to Malta. Recovered and returned to UK via Gibraltar.

This group joined with the Devonport group of HMS Ambuscade, HMS Hermione and HMS Leander, returned to UK 12 Dec 1978.
