1966-marDeploymentMozambique Channel Beira Beira Patrol Beira Patrol, off Mozambique to enforce UN sanctions against Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe)
1968-aug-8DeploymentSailed from Plymouth to take up duties as West Indies Guard Ship till June 1969
1971RefitReady for Wasp Sea Cat until 1972 at HMD Devonport to fit Seacat, upgrade electronics and equip for Wasp operations
1973-aprPort Visitvisited St Helena, in company with HMS Apollo and RFA Tidereach.
1973-jun-8Deploymentdeparted HMNB Portsmouth as escort for HMS Tiger, Flagship for Far East group deployment of Task Group 317.1, in company with HMS Dido and HMS Hermione. The group was supported by RFA Regent and RFA Tidespring, until it returned to the UK on 21 Dec 1973.
