Established September 1975, Christoph 43 (DRF) is the third oldest air station of the DRF and with 1,233 missions completed in 2019 also one of the busiest. Since 2016 is based at Karlsruhe Baden-Baden but scheduled to move to Baden-Wurttemberg in 2021 when new facilities are completed.
