    2011-sep-10Port Visitvisited Excel centre in London Docklands for Defence exhibition, until 17 Sep 2011.
    2012-apr-4DeploymentSouth Atlantic Atlantic Patrol Task (South) departed HMNB Portsmouth for APT(S) tasking, relieving HMS Montrose. Included Auriga 12 deployment to W Africa and once relieved by HMS Edinburgh, eventually returned to Portsmouth on 30 Oct 2012.

    2016-febHMNB Portsmouth Harbour Training Ship reduced to Harbour Training Ship status, in reserve at Portsmouth, after only 5.5 years under commission.
    2019-octOct 2019, was due to move to Birkenhead for Cammell-Laird refit to correct the recurring Propulsion defects with the entire Type 45 fleet, as first ship of the Power Improvement Project . Postponed until at least Apr 2020.
    2020-may-7RefitCammell Laird PIP remediation Arrived in Birkenhead as first Type 45 destroyer to enter the Power Improvement Project (to improve reliability in both the WR21 gas turbine alternators (GTAs)) of the Royal Navys Project Napier.
    2022-jun-22HomeportHMNB Portsmouth arrived back in Portsmouth after PIP remediation work.
