Exercise Trident Juncture 2015

NATO Maritime Command Exercise Trident Juncture 2015 involved 36000 troops from 37 nations in the second & third phases, which included amphibious landings around:
* Pinheiro da Cruz (southern Portugal)
* Alvarez de Sotomayor and Sierra de Retin (along Spains south coast) and
* Teulada (southwest Sardinia).

There were 3 phases to the exercise:
* command certification 3-16 Oct
* combat enhancement and force integration 21-29 Oct and
* tactical exercise 30 Oct-6 Nov.
